Guidelines and Registration

FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors of all the accepted papers must submit the final manuscripts electronically. Please revise the paper strictly in accordance with the referee comments. Publication chairs will go through all the final camera ready papers before finalizing the proceedings.

Length: Camera ready papers may be up to 10 (TEN) pages. In addition to this, extra 2 pages can be added by paying the extra paper charges. All papers should be more than 8 pages.

Please strictly follow the given Springer Paper Template:

– Microsoft Word: Microsoft Word Template (word.zip)

– LaTex Formatting Macros: TeX Template (tex.zip)

Final Manuscripts are to be submitted by following the steps below:

1. Create your manuscript as specified in the template provided. The title, author names, affiliations etc. should strictly follow the format. Please dont use author titles (Dr. Prof. etc. ) in front of names and also avoid using positions (Professor, Lecturer, Scholar etc.). The title shall be in Normal fonts (not capitals).

2. Proofread and check layout of paper. Please make sure that the similarity score is less than 25% for your paper.

3. After completion of the above steps and registration payment, please submit your final camera ready paper (PDF), source files (MS word or TeX), etc. using the Google form provided below:

Registration instructions

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by the registration and payment information for at least one of the authors. You can choose the following payment method

If an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she must pay the registration fee plus extra paper charges. ICI2C 2021 registration fee includes the conference proceedings (digital version) and admission to the online technical sessions. For more details, visit the registration link below:

Be sure to register by September 20, 2021 to ensure that your paper is included in the proceedings, which will be sent to Springer by October 2021. Registering late may mean that your paper may not appear in the proceedings. If you have any questions regarding registration, please email <ici2c@usms.ma>.
